A painting of some of the Bristol city players, including David Rodgers, Gary Collier, Gerry Gow and Gerry Sweeney, who were managed by Alan Dicks who led The Robins back into the old first division in 1976 after an absence from the top flight for 65 years. Four years later in 1980 the club was relegated and Dicks left after serving as manager for 13 years, during which time he also helped city win the Anglo-Scottish cup in 1977-78.
